A fast-turnaround design brief to develop a comprehensive concept for a residential renovation. The project involved reconfiguring an existing layout to create an open-plan kitchen-dining space by carefully knocking through walls, optimising flow, natural light, and functionality. In addition, the brief included a complete bathroom redesign, integrating modern fixtures, materials, and spatial planning to enhance both aesthetics and usability. The work required rapid ideation, 3D visualisation, and detailed concept presentations to help the client clearly envision the transformation and make informed decisions quickly.
